Race Rocks Eco-Tour
Race Rocks Ecological reserve is home to a historic lighthouse, a sea lion colony and is the destination of your next adventure.
Immerse yourself in the pristine scenery and coastal wildlife of British Columbia. Enjoy the wind whipping your hair back, the solitude of being the only boat for miles & the promise of hot chocolate upon your return.
If there are reports of whales in the area, your driver will take the extra time to investigate. This means you’re getting the best value for your trip – you’re paying less in case there aren’t any whales to be seen, but if there are we’ll visit them at no extra cost! We start to miss them a little in the winter time and wouldn’t be able to keep our skippers away if we tried. Whales, although frequently viewed, are not guaranteed on our Winter Adventure tours. There is still an abundance of wildlife to see in the winter months!
Prince of Whales provides you with our red cruiser suits, hats, gloves, & goggles as required.
All of our tours are guided by a certified naturalist/skipper and depart from our downtown Victoria location. |

Your winter adventure takes place on board our 12-passenger Zodiac boat, and is not suitable for people with neck or back injuries, expectant mothers and children under the age of 8. Reservations are strongly recommended.
